Our Team
Alejandro Torres

Founder of Alejandro.BTC Community & Strategic Partner Representative at Rubydex CFA® Charterholder (ID #829134), graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Applied Economics. He also holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Columbia Business School, with a specialization in Capital Markets and Risk Management. Alejandro has previously worked at leading global investment banks and asset management firms such as Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan, and BlackRock, where he served in roles including Equity Analyst, ETF Strategy Director, and Co-Head of Latin American Markets. He brings over 20 years of Wall Street investment and research experience. He specializes in translating complex market structures into executable, live trading strategies, with extensive hands-on experience in emerging-market allocation, ETF portfolio construction, and cross-border asset positioning. In recent years, he has shifted his focus to crypto assets and decentralized finance, working to integrate traditional financial strategy frameworks into the digital-asset space. As Rubydex’s strategic partnership representative in Mexico, he is collaborating with Rubydex to drive localized development across Latin America, while continuously providing trading signals, strategy interpretation, and investor-education content to the community—aiming to build one of the most professional and execution-driven investment communities in the Spanish-speaking market. Alejandro’s core principle is: “Only a strategy executed in every single trade can turn market opportunities into real returns.”
Tom Couture

Tom Couture is part of the online team at Alejandro.BTC | Community & Rubydex. He’s currently the Vice President of Digital Asset Strategy at Fundstrat Global Advisors and previously worked as a management consultant in KPMG’s Financial Services Solutions practice. Tom graduated from Villanova University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Analytics. He’s got deep experience in digital assets and macro strategy research and has been working with our community on a long-term basis.
Pablo

Pablo started out his career with an internship on a venture capital team, picking up real-world experience while finishing his studies. After that, he joined Buenavista Ventures in Madrid as a junior analyst. Before that, he was part of the investment team at a well-known Spanish family office, where he focused on analyzing high-growth U.S. public companies. Pablo graduated from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) with a double degree in Business Administration and International Relations, and he’s got a strong background in global capital markets and cross-border investment research.
Mariano Echeguren

Mariano Echeguren spent 13 years at Goldman Sachs in London, where he served as Managing Director for the Spanish and Portuguese markets, focusing on structured finance, credit products, securitization, and regulatory capital. After that, he moved to UBS in London as Managing Director in the Debt Fund Financing group, leading business across continental Europe while also heading up Markets and Debt Capital Market Solutions for Spain and Portugal. Mariano graduated from CUNEF University in Madrid with a degree in Business Administration.
Michelle Andersen

Michelle Andersen | Community Executive Assistant & User Support Coordinator
Born in Mexico and raised in the United States, with a background in finance and accounting, she is familiar with the learning pace and communication styles of users in the Latin American market. She previously interned at BBVA and J.P. Morgan Private Bank, gaining foundational experience in cross-border asset allocation and client service.She is currently a core assistant of the Alejandro.BTC community, responsible for coordinating and publishing educational content and for following up on and organizing user execution feedback. Her day-to-day work includes assisting new members with onboarding, compiling weekly strategy highlights, and coordinating the community’s trading execution cadence, among other tasks.In the rollout of the community’s strategic partnership with Rubydex, Michelle also serves as the bridge between instruction and execution, ensuring that strategies are clearly understood and smoothly applied. She is an indispensable support presence in the community’s daily operations.
